Email, Text, Call, or even inquire through this website to get a free estimate today. While photos and dimensions are very helpful, we always require an in-person walkthrough before quoting prices. Nothing is standard in Philadelphia, one of the oldest cities in the nation. We aim to provide tailored solutions for the specific issues you have.

No. While some painting and drywall contractors estimate purely on sq. ft., we recognize that process works best in predictable new construction buildings. Many factors come into play, namely the initial condition of the surfaces. A lot of our quotes come down to actually touching, poking, peeling the existing surfaces to evaluate what procedure is necessary.

We ask that you are as thorough as possible. Send us a message with your address or neighborhood, your general schedule availability, and a detailed list of the services you would like done. For example, if you want a room painted, please list what you want painted like ceilings, walls, and trim. Indicate whether you will be changing the color to a new color, and how much repair work is needed. Please include your timeline, and whether you have a “must be done by” date. We try to take on every job presented to us, and we aim to stay nimble enough to meet shifting and changing deadlines.

Occasionally a client will offer to assist with the work, combining our knowledge with DIY determination. We discourage this, not because we don’t appreciate the help, but because we take months to train employees on our best practices and industry standards. You called a professional for a quality and efficient execution, and we seek to deliver on that expectation.

Most of the time, yes. We strive to keep a clean and orderly work site. We realize that you want full access to your home after we leave for the day. in most circumstances there is no safety risk to the homeowner from our materials or processes. Rooms that get high amount of use will be returned to working order at the end of each day. Any toxic or potentially dangerous materials will be discussed with the client ahead of time, and proper accommodations will be made. We make every effort to use the lowest impact materials, however with more complex restoration projects the use of more intense materials may be necessary.

Best Interiors Philly was founded and is run by a Fine Artist painter, deeply invested in the history of art and architecture. We value high-level craftsmanship and take pride in our work. We aim to be as invisible as possible, are quiet and respectful of your home. We realize that many people work from home and we are always mindful of our intrusion into your workspace.
The process usually goes like this:
We do an in-person walkthrough with the client.
We email you a digital estimate.
If you approve, you are sent a work contract via docusign.
We then ask for half of the total as down payment (deposit) and second half upon completion. (For large and complex projects a three payment system can be implemented, triggering payments at particular milestones).
We then schedule a time to begin the work and a plan for the duration of the project.
After we are finished, we are on call for anything that isn’t perfect. We want to leave your project complete, and we will ensure that you are happy with our work.
Lastly, hopefully you leave us 5 stars on google!
